the brand problem: splenda, that famous, no-calorie sweetener you've heard about and you can probably find in many treats, sweets and baked goods, faces a couple challenges in today's food & beverage world. even though each little yellow packet contains zero calories, which is healthier than regular sugar, splenda still has health side effects. also, the social presence of splenda is lacking inspiration, empowerment and relatability to the average person. So how does this packet change a person's health, appetite and view on cooking and baking?
